EasyApply was born out of frustration. Our founders, veterans of the startup world, spent countless hours wrestling with clunky, expensive, and frankly, ugly applicant tracking systems. They knew there had to be a better way for small-to-medium businesses to find great talent without breaking the bank or losing their minds.
Our Manifesto:
- Recruiting should be simple. No complex features you'll never use.
- It should be affordable. Great tools shouldn't be exclusive to big enterprise.
- It should be human. Candidates are people, not just data points.
- It should be beautiful. Good design makes work less painful.
