Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, device information, and timestamps. This helps us improve the product.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account

• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

2.3 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing core features.

2.4 Intellectual Property

EasyApply and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EasyApply and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data and content uploaded to the service.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYAPPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

2.6 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

2.7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyApply and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

2.8 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or fake job listings
• Discriminate against candidates based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic
• Harvest or collect candidate information for purposes other than legitimate hiring
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) to candidates
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the service without authorization
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
